Modeling and Analysis of Stochastic Perishable Inventory System with Impatient Customers at Service Facility

In this paper, we consider a two-commodity stochastic s , S perishable inventory system of the multiqueue Jackson network at service facility with reneging and jockeying customers. The waiting room capacity first queue is id="M2"> M / 1 ∞ second id="M3"> C 2 , where id="M4"> < . network, different queues have rates. Service times are exponentially distributed. Customers join rate id="M5"> λ i ; = 1,2 using Poisson process. We assumed that some customers maybe impatient due to long time in can leave without or may switch from longest shortest reduce time.
